Want a chance to win a bunch of bucks just for looking around town?

The Squire Creek Louisiana Peach Festival Treasure Hunt gives you a chance to claim $500 in prize money.

The clues will begin shortly before festival date, and will be given daily until the treasure is found.

The clues will be published each day in The Ruston Daily Leader, and announced over Ruston radio stations.

Treasure hunters will look for a laminated card hidden above ground in the Ruston city limits.

The card will be located on public property and can be seen without digging, damaging or disturbing any property. There will be instructions on the card telling the finder how to claim the prize.
